Studio Wok, founded by Marcello Bondavalli, Nicola Brenna, and Carlo Alberto Tagliabue, has been developing research since 2012 across architecture, design, and landscape, with particular attention to the quality of living.

The studio’s projects have been exhibited in contexts such as the Triennale di Milano XXI International Exhibition and published in international magazines including Wallpaper, Abitare, AD Germany, Elle Decor, and Living Corriere. In 2019, it was included in the Architects Directory by Wallpaper among the 20 most promising studios worldwide.

Alongside its design activity, the studio is also engaged in academia, collaborating with universities in Italy and abroad. Since 2025, he has been Course Leader of the Master in Interior Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan.

The approach is artisanal in nature and is based on a careful reading of the context, integrating sustainability, natural materials, and spatial quality into a shared design process.
